Answers, before you ask.

The questions buyers ask us most — about independence, how engagements run, pricing, results, data security, and the Datum platform. Still not covered? Ask sales and a senior analyst will reply within one business day.

Working with us
How long before we see savings?
The baseline takes about two weeks. No-regret quick wins ship in the first month, usually when the engagement starts paying for itself. The median client sees a 31% reduction in the first 90 days.
Will optimization slow our engineers down?
No. We pair with your teams rather than working around them, ship changes through your normal review process, and treat any optimization that breaks production as a non-starter.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep the savings and the discipline. We install guardrails, dashboards, and a review cadence, then hand the keys to your team. A good engagement ends with you not needing us.
Which clouds do you cover?
AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI — individually and across a multicloud estate. We standardize billing data with the FOCUS specification so cross-cloud decisions rest on comparable numbers.
Independence & pricing
How are you independent?
We take zero provider commissions, rebates, or kickbacks from any cloud. We sit on the buyer side of the table and answer only to you — so the recommendation you get is the one that is right for your workload.
What does an engagement cost?
We do not publish a price list; scope drives the price, so we scope it against your real usage data first. Ask sales and we will come back with a quote scoped to your estate. The guarantee always applies: we reduce your spend or we reimburse our fee.
What if you do not find savings?
Then you owe nothing for the service. Our guarantee is simple: we reduce your cloud spend or we reimburse our service fee.
Results & proof
Are your results real?
Yes. Every figure is measured against the client's own billing baseline and verified against billing data, then anonymized at the sector level. We do not publish numbers we cannot defend to a board.
What reduction should we expect?
Typical programs cut spend 20–40% through rightsizing, waste elimination, storage tiering, commitment coverage, and architecture. Our portfolio median is 31% in the first 90 days; the flagship fintech reached 41%.
The Datum platform & data
Do I have to connect my cloud accounts?
No. You can upload billing exports (AWS CUR, Azure, GCP, OCI, or generic CSV/JSON/Parquet) and the agent analyzes them with no native connection. Native connections use read-only credentials and add live inventory.
Will it change anything in my accounts?
No. Datum is read-only. It recommends but never implements. You or your pipelines apply changes, and approval workflows can require sign-off above a threshold you set.
Who sees the data we submit?
Only our team. Leads and estate data are never shared with vendors or third parties. Cloud credentials sit in encrypted read-only vaults, and consequential actions are audit-logged.
Still have a question?

Ask a senior analyst directly.

No provider in the room, no commitment. Tell us your situation and we will tell you honestly whether there is enough to justify an engagement.
