This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to respond to you, and we never share your details with a cloud provider.

MultiCloud Optimization is an independent buyer side advisory operating from New York and London. We collect the information you choose to submit through our forms, use it to respond to your enquiry and provide our services, and protect it as described below. Last updated 4 June 2026.

What information do we collect?

We collect the information you enter into our forms, which may include your name, work email, company, role, and any details you add about your cloud environment or enquiry. We do not require a personal email, and we ask only for what is needed to respond usefully. We also collect limited standard technical information, such as aggregate page analytics, to understand how the site is used.

How do we use your information?

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver our services, and to send you material you have asked for, such as a white paper or The Cloud Spend Navigator newsletter. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes the data?

Form submissions are handled by our form processor, which delivers the message to us. Newsletter subscriptions are managed so we can send the issues you requested and let you unsubscribe at any time. These processors act on our instructions and only to provide the service. We never pass your details to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, or any other cloud provider.

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiry and engagement information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

What are your choices?

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. To make any of these requests, use our contact form. We do not publish a public email address, so the form is the way to reach us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. When we do, we will change the date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
